The study period abroad according to ERASMUS program should last for at least 3 months, otherwise the study period is not recognized and the grant has to be returned.
The grant or loan from home country is maintained for students studying abroad according to ERASMUS Program.
Students don‘t have to pay fees to host university for tuition, registration, examination, access to laboratory and library facilities during ERASMUS studies. Students have to be treated and served by the host university in the same way as their home students.
At the end of the study period the host university has to provide the student with a Transcript of Records on the studied subjects, credits and grades, as well as a certificate on the duration of study period. The documents have to be handed in to the International Office of KCFEE within 14 days since the end of study period abroad.
All KCFEE students of regular studies at the end of their first academic year are eligible as ERASMUS students. Those who are willing to study abroad according to ERASMUS program and have selected a desirable institution (see Partners), must hand in to their ERASMUS co-ordinator a filled in Application Form and Curiculum Vitae (in English/German) (see Documents). Having provided the necessary documentation, students undergo a selection procedure.

The ranking of criteria is very important for the selection process, i.e. a higher listed criterion is more important in student‘s assessment:
Having successfully passed the selection procedure, an outgoing Erasmus student must:
1. with the help of faculty ERASMUS co-ordinator fill in an Application Letter to the host institution, Learning Agreement, and depending on the host organization - an Application for Accommodation. The Learning Agreement must be agreed of by the Head of Department.
2. Two photos must be provided filling in the necessary application documents, which then are taken care of by the home institution co-ordinator until adjustment procedures are finalised with the host institution. All forms of the necessary documents are available at the institutitonal co-ordinator (Room 204) or on KCFEE website.
